The Gulf Film Festival Dubai is conducting a series of free student workshops as part of its mandate to encourage cinematic talent in the region. The workshops will be held on the sidelines of the festival, to be held from April 14 to 20, at Dubai Festival City.

40 GFF student delegates to attend a three-hour introduction to filmmaking workshop by the New York Film Academy (NYFA) from 2.30pm to 5.30pm

From 10am to noon, Martin Van Broeckhoven, technical coordinator for the Rotterdam International Film Festival, will brief students on how technology can work for their films.
