The Pull ‘Em Up campaign was started by community leaders based in Maryland, America who were frustrated by the low sagging pants worn by the teens in the area. Image source: Clutchmagonline

So how's college treating you? The peer pressure to be 'cool' must be quite a task eh?But are you selling yourself in the process of being cool? Are you unknowingly branding yourself as a homosexual?

Imagine putting hardcore criminals in an estrogen starved place with raging sexual urges. According to Greg Mathis,a retired American District Court judge, belts were prohibited in US prisons since they were being used both as weapons and suicide tools. Obviously when you have no belt on, your jeans tend to fall low (a.k.a. sagging) unless you are being fed super nutritious food in jail.

Hardened criminals need cooperative partners. Surprisingly, there is a system that ensures only those willing are approached.

The very system that you may have made a lifestyle out of.

The system is quite simple. The more you expose your hairy bottom, the more you are willing. Jeans that fall across your butt cheeks to right under, communicate varying degrees of willingness.
From Californian street thugs to rappers, sagging gained immense popularity. Soon, it made its way into colleges and eventually into your lifestyle.

If you think exposing your bottom is 'cool' just remember that many dudes across prisons are doing the same. The difference is they make hell loads of money and you make a total fool out of yourself.

Moral: Pull up your jeans, dress respectfully, spread the word, make your parents proud and stop branding yourself as the willing one.

As we all love a little mystery, this post was written by a student from Manipal University, Dubai who goes under the pseudonym of 'Leo Luca'.

About the writer: Leo Luca is described as a tall, fair and mirror cracking material. Leo Luca advises the lost and damned (a.k.a. teens) on various personality related issues like building confidence, developing a cool attitude and transforming low-butt jeans to low-waist jeans.

When not being mean and crude, Leo loves killing time at shopping malls staring at random people until they start walking fast. “I just sip on coffee in a corner in my favorite Dishdasha listening to news updates on a cool radio device that looks like a walkie-talkie. I really don’t understand why people freak-out so much!”
