Manipal Dubai students emerged winners of group and solo dance competitions at ‘Vaudeville’, the annual cultural festival organized by Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Dubai on 6th and 7th March 2014.

Vikyath Poojari, second year Media & Communication student danced into the hearts of the audience with his effortless moves and charismatic performance, and took home the award for Best Solo Dancer.

The group dance winners offered the audience a novel visual experience with their dance performance that themed ‘To be good or bad is a choice’.

When asked about how she felt after the victory, team member Madhumitha Raghavan, first year Media student, said, "I sort of expected the prize as we had a very strong team."
BITS Pilani, Dubai emerged the runners up in the group dance category.

The festival organized by IMT, Dubai had an array of cultural as well as business competitions. The festival had participants from Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM), Heriot Watt University, BITS Pilani, Dubai and IMT (Dubai).
